[vc_row row_type=”row_full_center_content” margin_top=”0″ padding_top=”0″][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=”PREMISE” font_container=”tag:h3|font_size:24px|text_align:center|color:%23eb690b” use_theme_fonts=”yes”][vc_column_text]RINFOR SYSTEM 1, 2, 3 and 4<\/strong>\u00a0are systems for securing floors from breaking through bricks and for strengthening masonry.\u00a0The systems are composed of glass fiber mesh,\u00a0ARMAGLASS STRUCTURA<\/strong>, of special fastening connectors, of stainless steel helical bars and of\u00a0UNISAN<\/strong>\u00a0fiber-reinforced composite mortar.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The systems guarantee high ductility and optimal stress distribution.\u00a0They are safe and ecological, for man and the environment, because they are easy to handle, easy to apply, free from chemical anchors or products containing volatile organic substances (VOC) which contribute to the onset of the phenomenon called Sick Building Syndrome.<\/p>\n

The reinforcement cycles on the floors, with anti-shattering function, can be applied both “dry”, fixing the mesh to the support with special connectors, and by “embedding” in\u00a0UNISAN<\/strong>\u00a0composite mortar, based on hydraulic binders, fiber-reinforced, with high dehumidifying power and excellent physical-mechanical performance.<\/p>\n

UNISAN<\/strong>\u00a0fiber-reinforced mortar\u00a0implements the performance of the entire system, improves the dissipative behavior of stresses and, at the same time, contributes to the transpiring and dehumidifying restoration of walls and floors.<\/p>\n

The systems comply with the rules set out in the “Reluis Guidelines for the repair and strengthening of structural elements, cladding and partitions<\/strong>” and, as regards the anti-shattering of floors, they follow the approach defined in\u00a0the guidelines on the qualification of FRCM (Fibers Reinforced Cementitious Matrix)<\/strong>\u00a0which reaffirm the need to qualify the entire reinforcement package.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row row_type=”row_full_center_content” bg_image=”476″ bg_position=”center center” row_parallax=”false” row_color_overlay=”rgba(72,90,100,0.7)” padding_top=”200″ padding_bottom=”200″][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=”SYSTEMS FOR THE SAFETY OF

RINFOR SYSTEM 3<\/strong>\u00a0is suitable for interventions on masonry\u00a0infills\u00a0and partitions, where it is necessary to reconnect the walls with beams, pillars or floors<\/strong>.\u00a0The realization of effective connections of the wall panels to the structural frame achieves the triple objective of preventing the ruinous collapse of the wall outside the floor, improving the collaboration with the reinforced concrete structure, limiting or eliminating the unfavorable local effects.<\/p>\n
