  1. Remove the mortar from the joints to a depth > 3 cm.<\/li>\n
  2. Dedust the joint surfaces by washing with low pressure water.<\/li>\n
  3. Put on the scarified joint an adhesive latex primer, multifunctional, in a light colored viscous solution, based on acrylic polymers in aqueous dispersion, coalescing promoters, deaerating agents and special superpozzolanic reaction fillers,\u00a0BOND HG<\/strong>, pure or diluted in water 1:1 (depending on the absorption of the substrate).<\/li>\n
  4. Reinforcing the mortar joints on existing wall faces, by anchoring HELIX STEEL AISI 304<\/strong>\u00a0helical bars in stainless steel\u00a0with\u00a0UNISAN<\/strong> (*)\u00a0composite mortar, fiber-reinforced with double type of READYMESH fibers (glass and polypropylene), dehumidifying, with very high breathability, class R (restoration according to UNI EN 998\/1), based on hydraulic binders with a low content of soluble salts, with mechanical resistance in class R2 (according to UNI EN 1504\/3), reaction to fire class A1 (EN 13501-1), permeability to water vapor 11 \u03bc (UNI EN 1015-19), compressive strength after 28 days > 20 N\/mm\u00b2 (UNI EN 12190), flexural strength after 28 days > 5MPa (UNI EN 12190) elastic modulus 11 GPa (EN 13412), maximum particle size of the aggregate 1.5 mm.<\/li>\n
  5. Insert at least a couple of cm of\u00a0UNISAN<\/strong>\u00a0mortar into the\u00a0scarified joint<\/strong>\u00a0(*);\u00a0with the mortar still fresh, introduce the helical stainless steel bar, diameter 6, 8, 10 or 12 mm in the joint, depending on the size of the joint and the need for reinforcement, taking care to incorporate it into the still fresh mortar;\u00a0complete the incorporation of the mortar and the filling of the joint with a final grouting performed fresh on fresh with\u00a0UNISAN<\/strong>\u00a0mortar\u00a0(*);\u00a0mortar consumption of 1.5 kg for each dm\u00b3 of joint volume<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    * as an alternative to UNISAN mortar, the super adhesive RASOCOAT mortar can be used, based on hydraulic binders, water-dispersible resins, silico\/limestone aggregates and specific agents.
