Floor Tenax
Floor Tenax is a pourable, plastic/fluid, fiber-reinforced mortar for repairing deteriorated concrete floors and for structural repairs to reinforced concrete carried out by casting into formwork. The formulation contains ultra-fine, high-strength cements, pozzolanic microsilica, aggregates with a rational particle-size distribution (0.1÷1.8 mm), special additives and a high content of READYMESH fiber reinforcement. The product is mixed using a very low water/binder ratio (< 0.32). The special formulation of Floor Tenax provides the completed repairs with mechanical strength, fracture energy, exceptional durability and extremely high chemical and physical resistance.

Floor Tenax SFR is a pourable, plastic/flowable, fast-setting mortar suitable for repairing deteriorated floors, structural repair of reinforced concrete with increased ductility, and ultra-thin levelling of industrial floors (6–10 mm). The formulation contains ultra-fine, high-strength cements, pozzolanic microsilica, aggregates with a rational particle-size distribution (0.1÷2.0 mm), special admixtures and Readymesh MR-060 brass-coated steel microfibres. The fibre’s special aspect ratio and distinctive surface configuration give the applied product exceptional reduction of hygrometric shrinkage, stress dissipation under severe loading and high thermal conductivity. The product is mixed at very low water/binder ratios (< 0.32).

Reoplastic, composite cementitious repair concrete, with controlled shrinkage and a superfluid consistency, fibre-reinforced with a special blend of glass and polypropylene fibres (steel fibres available on request), based on high-strength cements, polymer modifiers, shrinkage-compensating agents, highly pozzolanic reactive fillers and selected siliceous aggregates. Ideal for reconstructing concrete thickness removed by milling, dimensional adjustments, structural reinstatement and similar applications.

The particular morphology of this fibre provides the applied product with exceptional reduction in drying shrinkage, stress dissipation under severe loading, and high compressive and flexural tensile strengths. The product is mixed with a very low water/binder ratio (< 0.32).
