MIKROSANA


MIKROSANA is a mixture of cement-free binders, recommended for injecting consolidation of brick, stone and mixed structures. Its hydraulic grip is based on the active lime-microsilica reaction and the presence of hydraulic calcium free of harmful soluble salts. Its exceptional fluidity, coupled with extremely small particle size, allows it to penetrate less than 1.5 mm pores and cracks. The addition of natural and artificial pozzolans allows progressive hydration and hardening beyond the standard 28 days of ripening. MIKROSANA, thanks to its particular constituents, is totally compatible with old mortars, which makes its use particularly recommended for the injection consolidation of antique plasters, even in the presence of frescoes.

Superfluid, injectable, ultra-high flowability and stability cement grout, moderately expansive in the plastic phase, for fixings, anchorages, wall reinforcements, fillings, post-tensioning sheathing fills etc., based on high-resistance cements, specific agents, superpozzolanic reactive fillers. EXEMPT FROM AGGREGATES.

An anti-shrinkage, pourable, self-levelling, super-adhesive micro-mortar, based on high-strength cements, super-pozzolanic fillers, polymeric stabilisers and anti-shrinkage agents. Aggregates with a maximum size of 0.35 mm. Ideal for filling joints (gaps and/or interstices) in urban paving made of porphyry or stone slabs, even of large dimensions. For filling cracks and lesions on concrete and masonry structures.

Aggregates with a maximum size of 0.35 mm. Ideal for consolidating and reinforcing injections on concrete, masonry and cracked/damaged rock. Anchors and fastens steel bars, pins, brackets and so on, to concrete, masonry and rock.

FLUID CABLE


FLUID CABLE is a powder product that is added to cement to obtain, after mixing with a very small amount of water, injection fluid grouts that are free of bleeding and with no shrinkage. The cement grouts obtained by adding the FLUID CABLE additive provide high sliding values, high mechanical strength, protection from "stress corrosion" and exceptional adhesion to iron, thus making them ideal for filling cable sheaths subjected to post-tensioning and for the structural strengthening of soils, concretes, and uneven or unstable hollow masonry through low pressure injection. The product contains no chlorides or metal expansives.
